Every paid plan is the same product
The only difference between Crew, Site and Business is how many people are on the team.
Nothing is held back from the cheap tier. A ten-person crew needs custom forms exactly as much as a seventy-person one, and crippling the small plan would only teach people the product is weak.
Every member takes one seat whatever their role, because a supervisor who also inspects vehicles is one person either way.
Questions people actually ask
What happens when the trial ends, or an invoice is missed?
The app keeps working. Workers can still complete a Take 5 or a pre-start, sign it, and save the PDF to the phone. Uploads and the dashboard stop, and nothing already recorded is deleted or hidden.
A safety tool that stops working because an invoice was missed is a safety tool nobody should risk, so we do not build one.
Do you need a card for the trial?
No. Fourteen days, full features, no card. We ask for one only when the trial ends and you decide to continue.
Why is there no GST?
Because the business is not registered for GST, and registration is not compulsory in Australia until turnover reaches A$75,000 in a rolling twelve months.
So no GST is charged and none is shown. The document issued is an invoice, not a tax invoice, and it carries our ABN so no withholding obligation arises for you. Your bookkeeper will find a line on it saying exactly this, so nobody goes looking for a credit to claim.
If that changes we will tell customers before it takes effect.
Why not just charge per device through the app stores?
Because it puts a paywall at the exact moment adoption matters, and because buying forty app store licences is a purchasing experience companies go out of their way to avoid.
The app is free and complete on its own, and the web service is sold separately. That way a crew can start using it this afternoon without anybody approving a purchase.
What if we grow past our plan?
Change plan from the billing page and the new seats are available immediately. If a team drops below its plan later, nobody is removed and you can move back down.
If you are already at the seat limit, the app refuses to issue an invite rather than letting somebody scan a code on site and be told the team is full.
Can we get our records out?
Yes, at any time, including after an account lapses. Records export as PDF and as structured data. There is no export fee and no notice period.
How do we cancel?
From the billing page, which opens Stripe's billing portal. No reason, no notice period and no phone call. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
